Happy Monday my friends! I thought the perfect thing to write about to beat the post-weekend blues is a quick 30 minute workout that I have been loving. I have felt so much better about my resolutions for 2019 after last week (that first week was a little wonky- I think everyone can relate). If you have not set new goals, it is NOT too late! Write out your goals and your resolutions and make them happy this week!

I also love this one and it’s only 7 minutes
I rotate which ones I do, but they are all great because they work different ab muscles and I am soreeeee the next day. I also just love her timing and how the timer is right there on the screen.
When I am done with abs I jump on the treadmill and do this 16 minute HIIT workout:
3 minutes walking on 3.5 speed with a 3.5 incline to warmup
30 second sprint on 8.0+ and 30 second rest (stand on the side of the treadmill and let it run)
Repeat the above 30 seconds on 30 seconds off for 10 minutes
3 minutes walking on 3.5 speed with 3.5 incline to rest
I’m obviously no expert and I think if you get up and move for 30 minutes and feel good doing it then that’s great! The best part about physical health for me is how good I feel mentally when I am done. If it makes you happy and it clears your head then do it. Whether that’s a bike ride outside, dancing with your headphones on in your house, going on a walk with your dog or your favorite workout class. Get up and move and your body and mind will thank you!
