One of my frequently asked questions I receive about our wedding day is what our timeline for the day was. I am going to to be sharing our timeline for the day as well as a detailed look into our photo gallery from the best day of our lives!
One thing to note before reading our timeline is that Alex and I were set on not doing a first look, but the more we talked to our vendors and our family we knew we had to do it. The amount of time it takes to get through photos (especially with how detailed I wanted the photos to be) just wouldn’t have worked without a first look. I think that our day was still so special and emotional and I loved having time with Alex before our ceremony to just be with one another.
9:00 AM- Planner arrives at venue to start setting up
10:00 AM- Bridal Party arrives to venue. Hair and make-up starts.
1:00 PM- Chick fil a lunch delivery
2:00 PM– Guys arrive at venue to start getting ready
2:30 PM- DJ arrives
3:15 PM– Girls done getting ready
3:15 PM- Photographer arrives
3:30 PM- Getting ready photos (Elliot getting photos of the guys)
3:50 PM- First look with FOB
4:00 PM- First look with Bride and Groom
4:10 PM- Bridals, group shots, bride and groom photos
5:00 PM– Bridal party back to suite for touch-ups
5:00-5:30 PM- Guests arriving
5:25 PM- Bridal party line up
5:30 PM- Ceremony begins
6:00 PM- Ceremony ends (Bridal party to bridal suite except Sam, Nick, Chloe and Bryn)
6:45 PM- Bridal Party introductions
6:55 PM– First Dance
7:00 PM– Dinner
8:00 PM- Toasts/Speeches (BM, MOH, Sam, Fathers)
8:15 PM- Father/daughter dance
8:20 PM- Mother son dance
8:25 PM- Anniversary dance
8:30 PM- Open dance floor
9:00 PM- Cake cutting
9:15 PM- Bouquet toss
9:20 PM- Open dance floor
11:00 PM- Sparkler send off
12:00 AM- Exit venue, all vendors out
