Where we stayed:
I can’t say enough amazing things about the Andaz Scottsdale. If you remember, my friend Katie and I stayed at the Andaz Scottsdale two years ago on a girl’s trip and we loved it so much that I knew I wanted to go back for my bachelorette party. What I love about Scottsdale is the scenery, night life and cute restaurants. I love that the night life is not very crazy, but we had the BEST night when we went out with the wigs and there were so many other bachelorette parties happening that weekend, too! It was really a blast.
Itinerary:
Thursday:
My MOH’s and I arrived in Scottsdale a night early, just to be there super early to set up. We had an early night and just hangout and talked about our plans for the weekend.
Friday:
10:00AM- Headed to the Andaz (check-in was much later, but this was our pool day)
11:00AM- Began setting up all of the decor, the girls started arriving.
12:00PM- Pool festivities began. We rented a cabana and just ordered buckets of High Noons all day long as well as some pool side bites! Try the buffalo bites, they were SO delicious.
4:00PM: My MOH and I went to the rooms to set up some of the decor while the girls cleaned up the decor at the pool party.
5:30PM- After getting ready and into these bride/babe tees, we took pictures using this tripod. It saved us from having to ask strangers and works SO well! It has a clicker and bluetooth!
6:30PM- Reservations at Postino. Shared plates and appetizers and wine for dinner. You HAVE to go to Postino if you’re in Scottsdale, thank me later 😉
9:00PM- Girl’s night in. We had spa essentials, snacks, wine and I got to open my lingerie! It was so special to me that we had this night in just all hanging out.
Saturday:
10:00AM- Rise and shine for some lattes at Weft + Warp, the restaurant at The Andaz.
11:00AM- Brunch at Prep and Pastry.
1:00PM- Walk around the shops.
2:00PM- Kendra Scott party! All the girls got to make two pieces from the color bar. This was gifted by Kendra Scott! We had the best time.
3:30PM- Back to the pool for drinks and hangout time.
6:00PM- Dinner Reservation at Blancos Tacos and Tequila. We wore our wigs and sequin dresses and it was a BLAST. This restaurant is perfect for a bachelorette party because they have a DJ, yet we were still able to fully hear each other and enjoy our time.
9:00PM- Out on the town in Oldtown Scottsdale.
Sunday:
10:00AM- Restorative Yoga Private Class (was seriously a dream)
12:00PM- Went for Diego Pops, but ended up eating at the The Montauk right next door because they had less of a wait. I recommend both and have been to both!
2:00PM- Have an espresso martini at The Scott Hotel and take in the views!
5:00PM- Fly home 🙁

Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: Where are the fat heads from?
A: @buildahead on Instagram
Q: Did your girls do anything/plan anything special?
A: Besides my entire bachelorette being unbelievably special, they all went around at dinner on Saturday and said their favorite thing about me. It was so flipping sweet and there were many tears shed.
Q: How did we split up the costs?
A: My MOH had everyone send her money months before the trip and she put everything on her card. It went over the budget a little and she went out of pocket for that (by choice because she’s crazy…there is no taming her so I stopped trying).
Q: Who planned the trip?
A: I love planning things and I also love being in control, so we compromised. I told Bryn the activities and things I wanted and she made it happen and was the master planner!
Q: Did you gift anything to your girls on the trip?
A: Yes, they all got the babes t-shirts that we wore on Friday. Pajamas for the night in as well as a little “spa night essentials kit” with Tula products, eye masks and scrunchies. Bryn got them all personalized bags with the itinerary printed, candies and their shirt/pajamas inside. It was the sweetest touch.
