Before I get into this styling shorts blog post, I need to know if you’re watching this girl being led on a scavenger hunt all over the world so her boyfriend can propose. I. Am. Invested. I seriously can’t stop refreshing, but my biggest worry is that she hasn’t slept. Like how is she still functioning?
Anyway- I know we are here for some shorts talk, so let’s dive in. I have worked with Margaret M before and absolutely loved my experience. More than me loving my experience, so many of you have DM’d me to tell me that you have ordered work wear pants from them as well. I styled some work wear pants (the best in the business) in this post back in April. You can use code “savannah” for 20% off your order on any of their pieces!
Where to style
Shorts can be so tricky. They’re either too big in the waist for me or too long of length. I can never seem to get it right, do y’all struggle with this too? It can be so annoying. But everyone needs a good pair of shorts that aren’t denim shorts. If your office is more relaxed, you could possibly get away with wearing these to work. I personally love them styled for family dinners, vacations where you’re walking a bunch or even just when you’re hosting friends at your place.

Sizing:
Before I link all the other items from this post, I wanted to talk about sizing. I got both pairs in size small which is my true size (I wear a size 2 jean/size 26 jean). I love how the small fit because there is some extra room which is definitely nice in the Texas heat, however, I could have sized down. If you want to have some room, stick with your normal size. Otherwise, size down and have them be a more snug fit!
Don’t forget to use code “savannah” for 20% off your order!
