I am forever shopping at Trader Joe’s and trying to find new items to add to my cart each week. This week we are making tons of TJ’s recipes and I wanted to share one of them with you! If you guys like this kind of blog post, I will do them again in the future.
You’ll need two pans for the rice and the chicken and then a small pot for the edamame. You can oil your pan and put the chicken in immediately to start getting it cooked throughly. The rice will be fully cooked within 7 minutes, so try and time your chicken and rice accordingly. For added protein you can add more edamame or a fried egg on top. I sprinkled the garlic powder and onion salt on the rice and to season the chicken and then drizzled the Sriracha mayo on top for taste.
Easiest 15 minute recipe! And definitely yummy. Tag me in your stories if you try/buy it.
