at home gel manicure

Hey friends! If you’re anything like me then you always have to have your nails done! I have consistently had my nails done for years now because it makes me feel put together and it’s my personal girl time. However, when I started this year of college, I realized just how much money was being spent on having my nails done. I was spending $50 every two weeks to get Nexgen (dip) done, and while it looked great, that’s honestly a ridiculous amount of money to spend on something so temporary.

I put a gel manicure set on my birthday list back in October and my mom bought me this one. This set comes with everything you need to create the perfect gel manicure. Revitalizing oil, purifying cleanser, base and top coats, the LED light, etc. I have been using it for the past three months and absolutely love the results I am getting with it. The best part about using this gel manicure set at home is not having to waste 2 hours in a nail salon waiting to be helped. I am able to do this in the comfort of my home while winter candles are lit, Gilmore Girl’s is on, and my coffee is warm (try and name something better than this…).
